Join HHB staff we teach players how to shoot the ball effectively from various areas on the court. Players will learn the principles of shooting, how to focus, how to practice without a partner, body posture & balance, shooting posture, where to look when shooting, being a consistent shooter, quick trigger shooter, knowing your limits, moving without the ball, shot fakes, shooting with arch, shooter and buddy and much more.

• Fundamentals of Shooting
• Foot Position, Location & Width (stride step vs. jump stop)
• Body Posture & Balance
• Ready to Catch Position
• Hand Ball Placement & Readiness
• 90 Degree Angles (2)
• Ball Placement (Shot Pocket)
• Establishing a Nice Window
• Jumping, Locking and Snapping (Arch)
• Shooter & Buddy
• Eyes & Where to Look
• Shadow Box Shooting
• Shooting Mid-Range Shots (knowing your range)
• Shooting Short Corner Shots
• Shooting Bank Shots
• Shooting off the Dribble (stride step)
• Shooting and Creating Space (Step Back)
• Shooting off of a Curl or Button
• Shooting Using Inside and Outside Pivots
• Shooting off of Screens
• Shooting off of Fades (Flare)
• Shooting out of Transition
• Spot Up Shooting
• Moving Without the Ball & Shooting
• Shooting Baseline to Baseline
• Shot Fakes & Shooting
